Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original hygiene stickers and tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
